The women's side of Crystal Palace, from south London. After many years in the lower divisions they reached the WSL for the first time in 2023-24, but went straight back down.

This is their second attempt at the WSL, and this time the aim is to stay.

Palace finished second in WSL 2 for automatic promotion, missing the title only on goal difference to Birmingham City, and confirmed their place on the final day.

Jo Potter, appointed on 24 June 2025, took them back up in her first season in charge.

Elise Hughes (#9) anchors the midfield — a Wales international who arrived via Everton, Bristol City and Charlton.

Belgium's Justine Vanhaevermaet (MF), Republic of Ireland international Ruesha Littlejohn and former Manchester United midfielder Hayley Ladd add depth, while defender Allyson Swaby has played at a World Cup with Jamaica.
