WEST HAM WOMEN
West Ham Women
Club History
Born from West Ham United's community programme in 1991, the club earned WSL entry in 2018 and remarkably reached the FA Women's Cup Final the following year, losing 0-3 to Manchester City. That cup run in their debut WSL season announced West Ham as a serious force in women's football.
The team plays at Victoria Road (Chigwell Construction Stadium, capacity 6,078), shared with Dagenham & Redbridge FC. The club has had strong links with Japanese football, having previously hosted Yui Hasegawa, Honoka Hayashi, and Risa Shimizu.
